Class Description:

This class is a hands-on workshop where students will learn how to fold and assemble their own individual charcuterie box. All necessary food items will be provided for the class, and students will be guided through the process of cutting fruits and arranging all the items in their boxes.

The class will begin with an introduction to the basic principles of charcuterie, including how to select and pair ingredients for a balanced and visually appealing presentation. The instructor will demonstrate how to properly fold and arrange the charcuterie items in a way that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Next, students will have the opportunity to practice their skills by creating their own individual charcuterie box. The instructor will be on hand to provide assistance and guidance as needed. At the end of the class, students will have the chance to enjoy their completed projects.
