The Max Print size is approx 11x17. If you choose 12in and you upload a square we will max the image out but it will NOT be 12in square it will likely be closer to 11in square. If you upload a rectangle and choose 12in, the longest dimension will be 12in!

You MUST have a heat press to use Sublimation Transfers.
If you are using the transfer(s) on tees/fabric the item MUST be at least 60% polyester. 100% is always best, it will produce the most vivid colors. White or light colors only. Any part of the image you see as white will become the color of the textile you are using.
ABSOLUTELY NO refunds, returns, or exchanges on sublimation transfers.
We provide printed instructions with each order, please follow them. We do not reimburse for any user error.
