How much is shipping?

Domestic

Calculated based upon the weight of your items either $4.50 or $9.25

Our shipping fees are standard and depending on the weight of your package it will go First Class or Priority both are insured for up to $100.  If you feel the need to purchase additional insurance please call after your order is placed.  

$100.00 & UP =Free domestic shipping!  If we are running a sale and you would rather have free shipping use code SHIPFREE!

 When we have big sales we generally charge a flat rate fee for shipping.  

  

How Long Does it Take to Receive My Items? 

Orders generally ship same or next day if they are placed before 2pm and just include standard vinyl. This can but does not always exclude sales and special events.

WRAPS ARE between 3-7 DAYS PROCESSING due to the volume of orders.  CHECK THE PROCESSING TIME ON OUR HOME PAGE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER.  THAT MEANS THEY WILL NOT SHIP OR BE READY FOR PICKUP NEXT DAY!  Upon purchasing please be sure you read the turnaround time on our home page.  We do not accept cancellations as we batch print so please be sure you are aware of the turnaround times.  

 Please check the sale flyer on Facebook/Instagram and or email newsletter for details.    Read the descriptions for sale items to verify shipping times.  Orders ship USPS Priority and First Class depending on the weight and SHOULD take 1-4 business days. All orders ship from El Cajon, CA 92020.  NOTE:  Once USPS has control of the package we are not responsible for it's whereabouts.  We are happy to help you give USPS any information they need but you will need to contact USPS to file a claim or get details.

Where is my order?

When your order is filled and shipped you will receive an email and or messenger update with tracking information. Once the USPS scans your order it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the USPS. If you need your tracking information please send us an email and we will get you your number. We can track it for you but it is quicker for you to do it!  If your package id delayed it is the responsibility of USPS.  We hope that you understand we do not drive the trucks planes or trains responsible for delivering your mail and if it is still scheduled to be delivered we will NOT refund any portion of your order as it will still be delivered.

 

It says my package was delivered but I do not have it?

Once the USPS scans your order it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the USPS. We can definitely help you track it down but it is much quicker for you to provide your local post office with the Tracking information so that they can tell you what happened. Many times these packages arrive next business day for reasons that the USPS could not explain. If your package is missing we can assist you with a claim but cannot issue a new shipment until a claim has been filed and we have that information.

 

 

My items arrived damaged?

Once the USPS scans your order it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the USPS. If your items have arrived damaged due to the handling of the USPS (damaged box) and they are priority, they are insured. A claim should be filed. If you file the claim, generally they send a check and you spend no extra money out of pocket plus you get to keep all of your items that are generally still in pretty good condition. If you do not want to deal with the USPS or your items were first class, you can mail them back to us and we will process a refund and file a claim on our end, you will not be reimbursed from the claim but rather from the refund you received.

 

I received a wrong item/missing item?

To start a claim the requirements are as follows:

Send pictures of your Invoice, Packaging and ENTIRE order to ADMIN@CUTZVINYL.COM

Please provide your Name, Order Number and Phone number in the email.

Yes we can look up this information but it will expedite your claim if you provide it.

We generally check your items twice as indicated by the check marks on your invoices but we are human. We will be happy to assist you.

We will repack and weigh your items to check for discrepancies in the weight in order to tell if items were left out.

 

CLAIMS

Please open your package when it arrives, all claims must be filed within 5 business days of receiving your shipment (we can track it) or they will not be entertained.

To start a claim the requirements are as follows:

My items arrived late? 

Once the USPS scans your order it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the USPS. If your package took longer than 3 business days from the ship date you are technically eligible to file a claim as you paid for 1-3 day shipping and the USPS did not hold up their end. Please let us know if you need assistance.

 

Why are my items rolled?

If you order less that $30.00 worth of 12x12 sheets your items will generally be rolled to avoid damage in a flat box, there are not enough to fit snug in the package. If you order anything larger than 12x12 your items will be rolled period.

 

 

Military Discount

Please click Military Discount on the Menu!  Once you have completed the verification it will give you a code!  

Military discount does not apply to sales or sale items so if you are receiving an error it is because the codes have been disabled for the duration of the sale. 

There are no discounts available for ORACAL.

 

TOLERANCE

All of our products are hand cut and have a tolerance of 1/2 of an inch.  

 

Ordering

Cutz Vinyl Processes orders online and in store.
Online orders consist of the following:

  • Detailed breakdown of your items
  • Tracking information once your order has shipped
  • Live updates on your order via Facebook messenger (if you choose it)

We process orders VERY quickly to ensure that your package starts moving through USPS in order for you to fill your orders in a timely fashion.  This means that we DO NOT allow add ons or cancellations.  We ask that you please review your cart before check out so that there are no issues.

 

Can I order online and pickup in store? 

Yes you most certainly can.  Choose LOCAL PICKUP IN STORE as your shipping option.   You will receive a notification "YOUR ITEMS ARE READY FOR PICKUP" when your order is ready for pickup.   Please do not come to pick your order up until you have received the "YOUR ITEMS ARE READY FOR PICKUP" email as we cannot stop processing the orders to pack yours.  Orders are filled in the order they are placed! 

If you choose PICKUP IN STORE, your order will NOT ship.  We will hold it for pickup.
